THE DETAILS

Know what
you’re paying for.

How much does custom AI resizing cost?

Custom AI resize uses 25 credits per source second at 720p, rounded up. A 5-second clip is 125 credits; an 8.1-second clip is 225 credits. All packs and plans use the same balance.

Can I use a credit pack for only one format?

Yes. The same credits can fund single-format jobs or a combination of formats. There is no required four-format bundle.

What affects the credit cost?

Standard expansion uses clip length, resolution and the number of generated formats. At 720p, a 10-second clip is 101 credits per format after frame rounding. Custom AI resizing uses its own per-second rate, shown in the calculator.

Do previews spend credits?

No. Layout previews and saved composition drafts in this version do not run a model and do not spend credits.

What happens if generation fails?

The backend reserves credits for a job and returns them on a confirmed technical failure. A successful output that you choose to regenerate is a new generation.

Do TikTok, Reels and Shorts need three separate formats?

A single 9:16 composition can serve all three placements. Add 1:1 or 4:5 when you also need feed formats. You pay for generated formats rather than the number of platforms.
